Probiz Resource & Advisory Pte Ltd (“Probiz”)

Probiz was established or spinned out from the internal audit services of Prodigy Risk Advisory Pte Ltd in March 2008.  Since its establishment, Probiz has provided internal audit services to a number of Singapore Exchange (“SGX”) listed companies which have operations in both Singapore and the region, especially China.

Other internal audit related services that Probiz provides include:

• Training for Internal Auditors;
• Quality Assurance Review for in-house IA functions;
• Risk Assessment services;
• Risk Management services;
• Corporate Governance services; and
• Data Analysis.
  

Probiz has also worked with local audit firm who co-sourced their internal audit projects with us. In addition, we also outsourced finance and audit professionals to support some SGX listed companies (not our internal audit clients) on a short term basis.
